Human Resources Manager
With around 70 permanent staff based over two sites, this role reports to the Managing Director and is supported by a part time HR Administrator. This vacancy covers 9 months maternity leave intended to commence in April. A key project over the course of the contract will be the provision of 50+ temporary/fixed term staff to cover peak trading periods.
Summary
To develop and deliver people management strategies and procedures which support the business aims and objectives. Provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management.
